After travelling for a month I boiled over Anna's never-ending questions: ‘Älskling, what time is it?’ Therefore I bought her a ‘golden’ watch on Istanbul’s bazaar for equivalent of 3 euros.

Hi, Anna, I don’t like that you were so close to the edge of the unguarded 1000 m drop – don’t do it again! Most interesting experiences you are telling us but - we are looking forward to more ornithological observations. We had two fjällvråkar circling on low height over Aspöstugan yesterday – magnificent. Have fun and take care the both of you. Daddy and Mom.
Ok, ornitology wanted: Yesterday I was shown an Eagles nest by a guy who claims he climed up to it when he was fourteen, picked the eggs and then fried and ate them! Puss och kram!
Eastward to اصفهان Isfahan. A roadtrip with a Toyota van called Shlakiyah aiming to travel through the Balkans, Near East, Transcaucasus and Iran.
This blog follows the journey of Anna and Peter.
